Watch Repairs

This page tells you how much it will cost to fix your watch, how to pay for your repair and how long it takes to repair your watch!

Our repair services are broken up into a simple price structure:

• High Grade watches $60.00 and up.
  (Longines, Tag Heuer, Omega, Antique pocket watches, Concord etc.)

• Regular Grade watches $45.00 and up.
  (Bulova, Pulsar, Benrus, Hamilton, Caravelle etc.)

• Partial repairs $25.00 and up.
  (Crystals, Stems, Crowns etc.)

• Return shipping charges are $8.95 reg. and Insured watches if SPECIFIED add $3.00 per additional $100.00 of insurance. (i.e. High Grade watch repair is $60.00 Shipping is $8.95 Insured for ($500.00) is $15.00 Total cost $83.95)

• Payments must be made in advance via bank or certified check, regular check (payable to Janract Inc.) or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). For credit card payments please supply card number, expiration date and the entire name on the card including company name if applicable.

Our time index for a complete repair is approximately 10 days - 2 weeks. Watches that are in need of parts usually take 3 weeks.
We try to cut the repair time to the least amount possible.

All our High Grade and Regular Grade repairs come with a One year money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the repairs performed return the watch to us and we will  re-service your watch for free.
